We would like to thank Lata for sharing her lived experience of anxiety.

Lata kindly and generously shared her experiences about what caused her anxiety and the impacts of anxiety on her thought process and body's responses.

She further shared her experiences of seeking initial assistance through her GP and being referred to a psychologist. She speaks about seeing a psychologist and describes what happens in sessions and mentions some techniques she learnt to manage anxiety. She also outlines the importance of completing treatment and the purpose of taking medication as part of the treatment process.
